It's Poblano cuisine - not fancy but full of flavor. We've eaten at La Adelita twice in the past week just to ensure that the food is consistently above par and both times it's impressed us with its daily specials - the "menu del dia" which is fresh, flavorful, and filling. And La Adelita has some of the best - if not *the* best Enchiladas Suiza we've had in Mexico. Added Bonus: You're not going to find a better sit-down meal at a better price - and it has "service with a smile" - and it's just a 30 second walk from the front gate of the main Cathedral of Puebla. Extra Added Bonus: If you're looking at the front of La Adelita, on you're right on the same block and just a 60 second walk away from La Adelita is Antojitos Tomy - but that's another review. :) ”
